1) We listen. A common misconception is that Realtors need to be strong personalities and aggressive negotiators. I disagree. While those qualities can be useful at times, listening and truly understanding your situation and perspective is crucial to achieving the best outcome for you. Knowing when to speak up and when to listen is the key to providing quality service as well as successful negotiation.
2) We prioritize your experience, not our sales numbers. We strive to provide thoughtful, intentional, personalized service with the goal of not only getting you exactly what you were hoping for, but also turning you into a client for a lifetime and a raving fan that you don't hesitate to share with your friends, family, and colleagues. That's all that really matters.
3) We want to work with people we like. Don't you? Making sure we are a good fit for each other is crucial to establishing trust between us, and it goes both ways. If we don't genuinely like and respect each other, it could be a long and tough road ahead. Not every Realtor is the right fit for you, and that's ok. Taking into consideration your communication preferences, family dynamics, personality compatibility, and desired experience when choosing who to hire.
4) We know what we are doing. No real estate sale is the same. Not one. As a result, we've realized having extensive experience and Broker-level support is important. We've also become extremely resourceful and an expert problem solvers. If we can't figure it out, we have a wealth of resources, peers, and partners in the industry and community to get the answers and support we need.
